Key Responsibilities

1.     Handle general customer enquiries and incoming calls

2.     Delivery orders follow up, prepare picking list and delivery note

3.     Handle export and import shipments

4.     Document record filing

5.     Communicate with customers

6.     Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer’s enquiries

7.     Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

·         Have 2 years' experience or above in Customer Services will be preferred

·         Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·         Independent, self-motivated and proactive

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Basic PC literacy in Microsoft Applications 

Key Responsibilities

1.     Perform general reception duties, including greeting guests, handling calls and mail, fixing orders, etc;

2.     Perform a full range of office administrative duties, including policy and procedure review, handling travel arrangements, facilities repair and maintenance, etc;

3.     Support internal parties to carry out various management projects to meet business needs;

4.     Assist the team to ensure the timely quality of the task / workpiece project;

5.     Establish and maintain effective administrative procedures;

6.     Process purchase and quotation documents;

7.     Handle company commercial insurance;

8.     Manage storage and archive records, maintain proper filing systems in good records;

9.     Supervise the team to provide high-quality office services;

10.  Support company events, meetings and appointments.

Job Requirement

·         Higher Diploma of Business Administration or above;

·         3 years working experience as secretary or administrative officer in the field of administration;

·         Excellent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English;

·         Good character and work attitude;

·         Good communication skills, responsible, mature, and organized, able to work in a team environment and under pressure and process schedule;

·         Familiar with MS office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing
